The SIBN has decided to end the use of chatboards on Livestream and Ustream.
Today the leadership of the SIBN decided to end the use of chatboards during live broadcasts. While the club does see positive use of the chatrooms, many comments have become mean spirited towards players and coaches. We will not stand for such inflammatory remarks during our broadcasts and have decided that our best course of future action is to eliminate the live in-game chat room.
While we appreciate those who make well-informed, positive remarks we apologize for the inconvenience. If you have any issues that need to be addressed, please email us at [email protected] either during the game (we will be checking throughout our broadcast) or after the game.
